Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched after production is complete — the production lead time is stated on each product page and is additional to transit time.

Fees and timing Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds and carrier options are configured by the PESS team and shown at checkout before payment. Any dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Multi-maker orders If your order contains pieces from more than one maker, it may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel is tracked separately and shown against your order.

Sample notice: carrier integrations and tracking feeds are not connected in this build, so tracking references are recorded manually by staff and vendors.
