Using the site By placing an order you confirm the details you have given are accurate and that you are able to enter into a binding contract.

Orders and pricing An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when payment is confirmed and we accept the order. All prices are shown in the currency configured by the PESS team and include any tax shown at checkout.

Marketplace model Pieces may be sold by PESS or by an approved independent maker. Where a piece is sold by a maker, PESS acts as the marketplace and the maker is the seller of record for that suborder.

Availability Because pieces are handmade, small variations in grain, tone and finish are normal and are not faults. Where a piece cannot be supplied, we will cancel and refund that item.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Have the final wording reviewed for your operating jurisdiction before launch.
